摘要
采用柱前NDA衍生的方法,建立了毛细管电泳电化学检测牛磺酸的分析方法。考察了NDA衍生条件、检测电势、分离电压、缓冲溶液pH值、缓冲溶液浓度等实验参数对牛磺酸检测的影响。在最佳实验条件下,检测牛磺酸的浓度范围是5.00×10^-4-1.00×10^-3mol/L,线性回归系数为0.9997,浓度检出限LODe为1.60×10^-6mol/L(S/N=3)。以此方法检测了人血液样品中的牛磺酸的含量,方法的加标回收率在93%-95%之间。
A new method for the detection of taurine was developed using capillary electrophoresis by deriva - tiza- tion of 2,3 - naphthalene - dicarboxaldehyde ( NDA ) pre - column. The effects of the derivatization time, detec - ted potential, running buffer pH, running buffer concentration and separation voltage were studied. Under the opti- mum conditions of detection, the linear range of taurine was 5.00 ×10^-6 -1.00×10^-3mol/L. The corre - lation coefficient of the method was 0.9997. The concentration limit of detection LODc ( S/N =3 ) was 1.60×10^-6moL/ L. The method was used to detected taurine both in normal hemolysis and abnormal hemolysis. The recovery of the Jnethod was between 93% -95%.
