针对船舶航行在山区内河及湖库等危险区域时,一旦遇到恶劣天气能见度降低,给航行安全带来隐患的问题,利用北斗卫星通信系统的定位和文字通信功能,通过对北斗卫星通信系统的船载终端串口通信协议的详细剖析,设计1套串口通信和数据处理软件,将PC机通过串口与船载终端进行通信,实现本船船位和其他船位的实时监测以及船岸通信.
