摘要
为研究清洁发展机制(C lean DevelopmentMechanism,CDM)在我国的应用,针对某大学校区建设燃气轮机三联供供能系统(Combined Cooling-Heating-Power system,CCHP)存在的政策、技术、资金障碍问题,进行CDM项目分析.结果表明,每年可实现CO2减排量为25 694.8 t,每年的收益折合人民币为1 522 416.90元,项目所承担的风险可以由CDM收益补偿,发达国家的先进技术能克服项目安装、运行、管理中的技术难题.
In order to study the application of Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) in China, a project analysis of CDM on the application for Combined Cooling-Heating-Power system (CCHP) in the district of an university is carried out with regard to the problems about policy, technology and finance. The resuits show that the annual CO2 emission reduction reaches 25 694.8 t, the generated annual income is 1 522 416.90 RMB, and the risk of the projects can be compensated by the CDM income. The problems such as project installation, running and management can be overcome through adopting the technology from the developed country.
