New synthesis methods and materials of pigment printing binding agent are reviewed. Some new materials such as new kinds of cross-linking monomer, polyurethane and its modified latexes, silicone modified acrylate latexes and some new synthesis methods such as core-shell polymerization, interpenetrating polymer network, radiation-initiated polymerization, mieroemulsion polymerization are introduced.
