摘要
主要对ABS塑料电镀前传统的预处理工艺进行改进,采用正交试验法,以预处理后获得均匀光滑和结合力良好的化学镀铜层为目标,研制了在室温条件下,集“粗化、敏化、活化”三合一的塑料件预处理工艺。其参数为二氯甲烷含量1.5~2.0g/L、丙酮含量1.0~2.0g/L、酒精含量50g/L、硝酸银含量7g/L、泡浸时间30s,采用此工艺进行预处理后再进行化学镀铜,可获得厚度均匀、与基体结合力强的光亮镀层.
The new kind of process of pretreatment for ABS plastics etectromss piatins was ses at room temperature,the best project of the pretreatment consisting of etching, sensitize and activation was chosen by the orthogonal test:CH2Cl2 1.5-2.0 g/L,CH3COCH3 1.0-2.0 g/L,C2H5OH 50 g/L, AgNO37 g/L, soaked for 30 s. Compared with traditional methods,the new process has advantages such as low cost,easy operation, high stability and low temperature. The results showed that the pretreatment of "3 in 1" could help to obtain shining, smooth copperplating of good adhesion.
