银屑胶囊抗炎作用的实验研究

Study on the Anti-inflammatory Effects of Yin Xie Capsule in Rat and Murine

目的研究银屑胶囊抗炎的药理作用。方法用滤纸片包埋法诱发大鼠肉芽肿形成,用二甲苯涂抹小鼠耳廓致炎,测量并计算肉芽肿净重与耳廓肿胀度。结果银屑胶囊1.8g/kg及0.6g/kg灌胃,连续给药10d,可不同程度的抑制大鼠肉芽肿的形成,但与阴性对照组比较,无显著性意义。银屑胶囊1.8g/kg及0.9g/kg灌胃,连续给药3d,1.8g/kg组可显著减轻小鼠耳廓肿胀度。结论银屑胶囊对急性非特异性炎症有一定的抑制作用。银屑胶囊用于银屑病的治疗与其抗炎作用有关。

Objective To Study on the anti-inflammatory Effects of Yin Xie Capsule in Rat and Murine. Methods The granuloma formation of rats caused by scrap of filter paper and the swelling of the routine aurice induced by xylene. The net weight of the granuloma and the degree swelling of murine aurice were determined. Results YCP 1.8 g/kg and 0.6 g/kg were given to rats by intragastric administration for 10 d. YCP inhibits the granulomatous caused by scrap of filter paper, but has no significant difference which was compared with control group. YCP 1.8 g/kg and 0.9 g/kg were given to murines by intragastric administration for 3 d. YCP 1.8 g/kg decrease the swelling degree of murine ears markedly. Conclusion This study suggests that YCP has anti-inflammatory effects on acute non specific inflammation. It might be related to the pharmacological functions of YCP in the therapoutic of Psoriasis.
