环保型多孔陶瓷材料的影响因素研究 被引量:4

摘要 以抛光废渣、高温砂、低温砂以及粘土为原料。制备了具有保温隔热功能的环保型多孔陶瓷材料,通过正交试验分析确定了最佳试验条件.在抛光废渣质量分数为38%、成型压力为20MPa、烧成温度1185℃、保温时间30min条件下,所研制的多孔陶瓷的体积密度为0.694g/cm^3、抗压强度7.7MPa、导热系数0.321w/m·K、耐火度大于1200℃并孔径为0.1~4mm并成偏圆形且孔分布比较均匀. An environment-friendly porous ceramic material with thermal insulation function was prepared from the tile-polished-waste, high-temperature-sand, low-temperature-sand and clay as raw materials in this study. The optimum conditions were decided by the orthogonal test analysis, the tile-polished-waste content was 38 mass%, forming pressure 20 MPa, sintering temperature 1185 ℃ and holding time 30 min. The bulk density of the porous ceramic was 0. 694 g/cm3 , the flexural strength 7.7 MPa, the thermal conductivity 0. 321W/m · K, the refractoriness more than 1200℃ ;The pore size was 0. 1~4 mm, elliptic and relatively uniform distribution.
