摘要
通过用厚2.0 mm以下的薄规格热轧钢板替代同等厚度的冷轧钢板,实现"以热代冷";用更高强度的薄规格热轧板替代一般强度热轧板,实现"以薄代厚".珠江钢铁公司开发出薄规格热轧钢板生产成套技术,首次实现了薄规格热轧钢板的高质量、高比例生产,薄规格热轧钢板能有效降低生产能耗.
Hot-rolled thin-gauge strips with thickness below 2. 0 mm are resource-saving, environmentfriendly new materials, they can be used to replace cold rolled strips of the same gauge, and thanks to their higher strength, they can also be used to replace thicker strips of common strength. With a package of thin gauge strip rolling technologies it has developed, Zhujiang Steel has been able to produce high proportion of quality hot rolled thin gauge strips. Thin gauge hot rolled strips can effectively lower production energy consumption, thus significantly increasing the international competitiveness of such industries as steel, automobile, household electric appliance, machinery manufacturing, logistics and transportation.
