摘要 详细阐述了钢铁行业在吨钢能耗、吨钢污染物的排放量、新水的消耗和固体废弃物等方面的节能减排现状,同时指出了我国在减排和水的消耗、节能、环保意识和科研等方面与国外先进水平的差距,最后提出了加大淘汰落后工艺装备、降低铁钢比、优化调整企业用能结构、充分回收利用余热余压、大力推广应用节能减排新技术及加快钢铁企业联合重组是钢铁行业实现节能减排的主要途径. This paper illustrated the status of energy saving and emission reduction in iron & steel industry in detail, such as the energy consumption of steel per tons, the contamination emission of steel per tons,the consumption of water, and the solid wastes, etc. Meanwhile, the distance between home and foreign advanced level in emission reduction, water consumption, energy-saving, consciousness of environment protection and scientific research was pointed out. Eventually,it putted forward the main approaches for steel industry to actualize energy-saving and emission reduction, which included: eliminate the out-dated technics, technology and equipment, reduce the ratio between iron and steel, optimize and adjust the energy structure, fully recycle the waste heat and pressure, promote and apply the new technology of energy-saving and emission reduction,and accelerate the allying and restructuring in iron and steel enterprise.
