摘要 铝型材厂的表面处理工序产生的废渣通常分为三类:含铬废渣、含氟废渣(酸渣)和不含铬、氟的废渣.本文介绍了废渣的多种回收利用工艺.含铬废渣可制备玻璃作色剂和水泥矿化剂等;含氟废渣可制备人造冰晶石;而不含铬、氟的废渣可制备作为吸附剂和干燥剂的活性Al2O3、耐火、耐磨材料、高效水处理剂聚合氯化铝、人造沸石及其深加工产品等. A large amount of residue were produced in aluminium profile surface treatment. All these residue were separated into three kinds, one is residue with fluorin, one is residue with chrome, and the other is residue without fluorin and chrome. The article introduced several recycling technics of residue, such as residue with fluorin could be produced cryolite; residue with chrome could be used as glass colorant or cement accelerant; residue without fluorin and chrome could be prepared active Al2O3 as sorbent or dryer; producing fire-resistant, wearable materials such as corundum, mullite, cordierite and their complex; producing AlCl3 polymer as water elarifier; creating zeolite and so on.
