摘要
对CaO及白云石煅烧产物吸收CO2进行了研究.结果表明,CaO作为吸收剂。在CO2体积分数为20%的气氛下,当反应温度为550~700℃时,CaO能有效地吸收CO2;当温度为800℃时.生成的CaCO3开始分解,870℃时分解速率最大.白云石作为吸收剂,其热分解分为两步,在N2气氛下。这两步的反应温度范围有所重合;在CO2气氛下,所生成的CaCO3分解温度提高,两步反应区分明显.
Carbonation characteristics of CaO and calcined dolomite and calcination characteristics of dolomite were investigated in this paper. The results show that CaO can effectively absorb CO2 under the atmosphere of 20%vol CO2 in the temperature range of 550 ~700 ℃ ; CaCO3 began to decompose at 800℃, reaching the greatest decomposition rate at 870℃ ; Decomposition of dolomite takes place in two steps. In nitrogen atmosphere, temperature range of the two steps partially overlaps; In CO2 atmosphere, CaCO3 decomposes at higher temperature, making the two step reactions separated clearly.
