摘要 通过单因素实验,分别考察了硫酸镍等六种金属离子催化剂与硝酸铵等三种铵盐的不同组合对合成反应的影响,筛选出硫酸镍和硝酸铵作为合成葡萄糖尿素树脂的催化剂.进一步通过正交试验,筛选合成葡萄糖尿素树脂的最佳工艺条件及树脂的固化条件.研究结果表明,最佳的合成工艺条件为:反应温度100℃,反应体系pH=5,催化剂用量为0.10 g,葡萄糖与尿素的摩尔比为1.30,反应时间4 h.胶粘剂的最佳固化条件是:固化温度120℃,固化时间1.5 h,固化剂用量为树脂量的5%. The effects of six metal ion catalysts and the combinations of three ammoniums on the synthesis of urea-glucose resin adhesive were studied by single factor experiments. And NiSO4 and NH4 NO3 were selected as catalyst to synthesize urea-glucose resin. The optimal process and curing conditions of synthesis of urea-glucose resin were further optimized by orthogonal experiments. Experimental results showed that the optimal conditions of the synthesis process were pH of 5, dosage of catalyst is 0. 10 g, mole ratio of glucose and urea is 1.30, reacted at 100 ℃ for 4 h. The optimal curing, conditions were dosage of curing agent is 5% of adhesive and curing at 120 ℃ for 1 .5 h
