摘要
以钛酸四丁酯为前驱物,PEG(分子量2000)为模板,用溶胶-凝胶法经500℃热处理制备了多孔TiO2薄膜。用SEM和UV-Vis测试手段对制得的TiO2薄膜进行表征,结果表明,制得的多孔TiO2薄膜的孔隙分布较均匀,孔径约为1μm;样品吸收峰在330 nm左右,吸收带边在410 nm左右.
Porous TiO2 thin films have been prepared by sol-gel method by using tetrabutyl titanate as precursor,and PEG (Molecular weight 2000) as template. The surface morphology of the thin films has been observed by scanning electronic microscopy. The result shows that the thin films have uniform pore distributions,and the pore size is about 1μm. The UV-Vis spectrum shows that the absorption peak is at about 330nm,the absorption band edge is at about 410nm.
