回弹法检测山东地区双掺泵送混凝土抗压强度研究

摘要 山东地区已广泛使用泵送混凝土,由于具有较大的坍落度,经测试发现,使用行业标准中的测强曲线误差较大。针基于山东地区双掺(粉煤灰和矿粉)泵送混凝土抗压强度和回弹值相关关系的试验研究,进行了多种数学函数模型的拟合回归和精度、误差等回归方程效果的检验及比较,建立了山东地区回弹法检测双掺泵送混凝土的地方测强曲线。 Pumping concrete used widely Shandong area has a rather large slump and its strength is quite fifferent in strength-measuring curve in industry standard.Taking the a double-mixed (fly ash and grounded slag)pumping concrete in Shandong as example,on the basis of experimental study of relevant relationship of concrete compressive strength with rebound value,the results of regression equation such as simulated regression,precision and error gained with various function modes are verified and compared,local curve for measuring strength of doublemixed pumping concrete in Shandong area with rebound method are established.
