Mechanical Layout of Large-diameter and Long-distance Pipeline in Mountains and Hills

根据四川油建公司历年来在陕京一线、涩宁兰、西气东输、忠武线、陕京二线、冀宁支线、罗家寨外输等国家重点工程项目施工的经验积累,介绍了针对高山、丘陵等地形所开展的测量、放线、作业带形成、便道修筑等准备工序实施的情况,重点总结了多种适用于不同机械化布管的作业方法。

In recent years,CCDC Sichuan Petroleum Construction Company Ltd.has accumulated abundant experiences from some China key projects of Shananxi-Beijing I Pipeline,Sebei-Xi’ning-Lanzhou Pipeline,West-east Gas Transmission,Zhong-Wu Pipeline,Shananxi-Beijing Ⅱ Pipeline,Ji-Ning Branch Pipeline and Luojiazhai External Pipeline.Based on these experiences,this paper presents a fulfillment of some preparations in mountains and hills,including measurement,line placement,operational region formation and service road construction.In addition,it summarizes some operational ways available for different mechanical pipeline layout.
