摘要
研制了一种以掺杂H_3PO_4和SiCl_4的PVDF新型聚合物膜为电解质,碳纸和铂黑为扩散层和催化层的室温全固态电化学氢气传感器.对传感器的电化学性能进行了实验测定,结果表明,最佳控制电位为0.10 V,氢气质量分数在14×10^(-6)~508×10^(-6)的范围内与响应电流成稳定的线性关系;传感器具有较好的稳定性和较快的响应性,响应时间为22 s,恢复时间为24 s.
A novel full-solid hyrogen sensor working at room temperature was developed by using PVDF polymer membrane doped by H3PO4 and SICl4 as electrolyte, carbon papers as diffusion layer and platinum as catalyzer layer. The electrical properties of the H2 senor were studied experimentally. The results reveal that the optimal is 0.10 V, and a steady linear relationship between the responsing electrical current and H2 concentration was obtained at the H2 concentration of 14×10^-6 - 508×10^-6; the stability of the senor is enhanced and excellent response characteristics is achieved for the device; the response time and comeback time of senor is 22 s and 24 s, respectively.
