采用文献法、问卷调查法、数据统计法,按照《中国成年人体质测定标准》对龙岩市公务员进行抽样调查。通过对调查数据进行统计分析,了解公务员体质的现状。探索适合公务员的新颖、有效、科学的健身活动方式。

In accordance with “Standards of Physique of Adult Chinese”, this article carries a sample survey among public servants of Longyan by ways of literature consultations, questionnaire survey and data statistics. By analyzing the data collected, physical conditions of the public servants of Longyan have been better understood. New, scientific and effective ways of exercise featuring rich and diverse forms have been discussed with an aim to attract more public servants into sports activities to improve their health.
