摘要
课堂提问是教师在课堂教学中进行师生相互交流的重要教学行为方式,通过微格教学中两个不同角色的扮演,将新的教学理念渗透于提问技能的培训中,并针对当前微格教学培训中存在的问题提出了具体的优化策略。
Question-raising is an important way in teaching for the interaction between teachers and students. Through role playing in micro-teaching, new teaching ideas are incorporated in the training of question-raising skills. The author then puts forward specific optimization strategies to tackle the existing problems in micro-teaching.
