电磁法与化学法处理高炉冷却水比较

摘要 通过比较法研究电磁法与化学法处理高炉冷却水的水质稳定效果,认为电磁法有一定缓蚀阻垢作用但不如化学法效果理想;根据16 d连续运行数据所绘制的污垢热阻曲线计算年污垢热阻值,电磁法处理的年污垢热阻值高于化学法处理的年污垢热阻值,但二者均符合标准要求.实验结果表明,包钢总排水回用于高炉冷却系统要达到良好的水质稳定效果须采用电磁法与其它方法协同作用处理. Water quality stabilization of electromagnetic technology in treating coohng water in blast furnace was investigated and compared with that of chemical technology. Using electromagnetic technology to treat the cooling water in blast furnace has some effect on corrosion and inhibi- tion, but with lower efficiency than that of using chemical technology. The values of dirt resistance were calculated according to the curve delineated with data of sixteen days' continurous running, showing that the electromagnetic technology has higher value and both technologies reach the design criteria stipulated by the national standards. The result indicated that it may achieve water stabilization remarkably to adopt electromagnetic together with other technologies for the circulation of the cooling system in blast furnace while reusing the water from the general drainge of Baotou Iron and Steel(Group)Co.
