海南岛改革开放伟大实践30年

Thirty Years＇Great Practice of the Reform and Opening of Hainan Island

文章从一、率先确立社会主义市场经济体制为总体目标，为海南改革开放搭建了发展平台；二、在实践中探索适合海南情况的发展之路；三、以人为本，推进海南和谐社会发展。从三个方面论述和回顾了海南改革开放30年来的历程，对海南改革开放30年来取得的巨大成绩予以肯定,简略总结了海南在贯彻执行党的改革开放政策中形成的经验。

This thesis discusses the up under the whole aims of establishing thirty years＇s experences of Hainan＇s reform and opening socialistic economic system from the three points of view： constructing conditions for the development of Hainan＇s reform and opening up, probing into the practical ways for the proper development of Hainan and pushing the harmonious development of Hainan under the guideline of people-foremost. Then confirm the great achievement we have got in Hainan＇s reform and opening up so as to summarize the experiences in the process of carrying on reform and opening up policy.
