我国高校科研经费管理存在的弊端及其对策

The Malpractice in the Management of Funds for Scientific Research in Chinese Colleges and the Countermeasure to It

文章从分析我国现行高校科研经费管理存在的弊端出发，提出了当前在认识、体制、制度、管理等方面应采取的对策与措施，达到全面提高科研经费投入产出的效益。

This thesis analyzes the malpractice in the management of funds for scientific rasearch in Chinese colleges and then put forward the countermeasure to it from the aspect of recognizing, organization, system and administration,so that the efficiency of the investment and production of scientific funds can be achieved.
