摘要
高等职业教育与普通高等教育的差异性，决定了高职院校图书馆在办馆理念、资源建设、服务工作等方面具有自身的特点。文章着重从文献资源和读者服务两个方面。分析论述高职院校图书馆的核心能力，以及如何对这些能力进行开发与培育的问题。
The differences between higher vocational education and conventional higher education form the unique characteristics of the vocational college libraries in terms of their development, collections and services. Focusing on library resources and services, this article mainly analyzes the core competence of vocational college libraries and the issues concerning the exploitation and development of the core competence.
