摘要
对聚合物水溶液黏度稳定性影响因素进行了实验研究,溶解氧、高价阳离子特别是Fe2+和Fe3+是影响聚合物水溶液黏度稳定性的主要因素;对影响聚合物水溶液黏度稳定性的作用机理进行了分析;针对影响聚合物水溶液黏度稳定性的因素及其影响程度,研制了稳黏剂WN系列,用胜利油田采油污水对其稳黏效果进行评价,经WN处理污水所配制的聚合物溶液黏度保留率达68.8%,具有良好的稳黏效果。
This paper researches the factors affecting the stability of the viscosity of HPAM solution. Resuits show that the main factors are dissolved oxygen, multivalent positive ions (especially Fe^2+ and Fe^3+ ). The mechanism of the factors affecting the viscosity stability of HPAM solution was analyzed. Addition agent WN which can raise the viscosity stability is developed and tested with oil produced water from Shengli Oilfield. Experiment result shows that additional agent WN can effectively improve the viscosity stability,and the reserve rate of the viscosity can reach 68.8%.
