环氧粉末涂料低温固化剂的合成及应用 被引量:9

摘要 以4,4-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MD I)和3-二甲基氨基丙胺为原料,合成了一种有机脲类低温固化剂二苯基甲烷-4,4-二[N,N-二甲氨基丙脲],并改进了粉末涂料的生产工艺,使环氧粉末涂料在低温下实现完全固化。环氧粉末涂料中加入11%有机脲类固化剂,可以在130℃8 min和140℃4 min的条件下实现完全固化,使粉末涂料应用于塑料制品、纸张、纸板及木材等热敏性基材的表面涂膜成为可能。 Synthesize an organic urea low-temperature curing agent diphenylmethane-4,4-di[ N, N-dimethyl propyl urea] using 4,4-diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) and 3-dimethylamino-1-propylamine and the production process of powder coatings. Thus, powder coatings can be fully cured at low temperature. When 11% organic urea low-temperature compound added to epoxy powder coatings, it can be cured in the curing condition of 130℃ ,8 min or 140 ℃ ,4 min. Thus,it's possible to coat powder coatings onto the surface of the heat-sensitive substrates such as plastics, paper, cardboard, wood etc.
