摘要
根据佐芬普利的分子结构及性质,建立了以EDTA为滴定剂、钙紫红素为指示剂测定佐芬普利原料药中钙含量的方法。结果表明,所称样品的质量与消耗的滴定剂体积之间具有很好的线性关系:V=93.37m-0.042,r=0.9999;精密度实验的RSD=0.17%;分析结果的准确度为-0.076%。该方法可靠,可用于佐芬普利原料药中钙含量的测定,也可用于佐芬普利原料药的质量控制。
A method for determining calcium content in Zofenopril is propossed. In the experiment, we use EDTA as titrant,calconum as indicator to do complexometric titration in pH of 12 ～ 13. The linear relationship between the mass of sample and the volume of titrant is： V = 93.37m - 0. 042, r = 0. 999 9. The method is simple and accurate, the precision：0. 17% ,the accuracy： -0.076%. It can be used to determine the content of calcium as well as control the aualitv of Zofenopril.
