利用裂解气相色谱分析丙烯酸树脂的组成 被引量:4

摘要 采用裂解气相色谱仪迅速获得了溶剂型丙烯酸树脂中溶剂和合成树脂的组成。对于溶剂系统,柱箱从45℃开始,保温5 min,以5℃/min的速率升到200℃,保温5 min,裂解温度和裂解时间分别为200℃和10 s;对于固体树脂,柱箱从40℃开始,保温5 min,以7℃/min的速率升到250℃,保温5 min,裂解温度和裂解时间分别为550℃和30 s。对于含量较高的组分,其相对标准偏差<0.5%。树脂组成的分析结果与验证结果符合良好。该方法简便易行,对于丙烯酸树脂及其涂料生产企业开发新产品和了解市场信息,具有重要的参考价值。 The information of solvents and monomers used to synthesize resin could be rapidly obtained,using apparatus of pyrolysis gas chromatography. Regarding solvents, the temperature of column box varies from 45 ℃ to 200 ℃ by the speed of 5℃/min, and keep thermal insulation for 5 min. The pyrolysis temperature and time is 200 ℃ and 10 s respectively. Regarding solid resins, the temperature of column box varies from 40 ℃ to 250 ℃ by the speed of 7 ℃/min, and keeps 5 min at the beginning and end point of the procedure respectively. The pyrolysis temperature and time is 550 ℃ and 30 s respectively. With respect to content high component, the relatively standard deviation is smaller than 0.5%. The analysis results of the resin agree with the confirmed results very well. A large number of experiments showed that the method, being simple and easy, with high accuracy, is valuable for acrylic resin and paint manufacturers to develop new products and acquire market information.
