A New Synthesis Process of Fenoprofen Calcium

摘要 以间羟基苯乙酮、溴苯为起始原料,经过醚化、Darzens缩合、水解、氧化等反应制得苯氧布洛芬,最后转化为钙盐,总收率38.8%,并以核磁共振仪和红外光谱仪确认了产物。与传统工艺相比,具有成本低、反应温和、易操作的优点。 Fenoprofen was synthesized from m-hydroxyacetophenone and bromobenzene by etherification,darzens condensation,hydrolyzation and oxidation. Fenoprofen calcium was generated from fenoprofen by salification with an overall yield of about 38.8%. The product was confirmed by NMR spectrometer and IR spectrometer. Comparing with traditional process,this method is advance in low cost,mild reaction and easy operation.
