汽油异构化装置蒸汽系统的余热回收改造

摘要 介绍了汽油异构化装置蒸汽余热回收的改造和运行情况。在利用现有装置主体设备的基础上,通过优化蒸汽重沸器流程、转换伴热介质等措施,降低了蒸汽的损耗量,解决了蒸汽冷凝水汽液相混合严重问题,满足了工艺需求,降低了生产成本。 The transformation and operation of waste heat steam recovery system in gasoline isomerization unit were introduced. On the basis of main equipments of existing installations,through optimization of steam reboiler process,conversion of hot media and other measures,the loss of steam was reduced,the serious problems of steam condensing water vapor were resolved,the process requirements were met and the production cost was reduced.
