摘要
分析了氯甲烷生产装置盐酸解吸塔存在的问题及其改进方法。将盐酸解吸塔的填料由原来38mm拉西环更换成52mm的石墨拉西环,使塔底恒沸盐酸的质量分数下降了1%左右,生产能力提高了20%以上;更换优质高温钢衬PTFE管道,解决了设备腐蚀问题。
The problems and technical modification methods of hydrochloric acid desorber in methyl chloride production unit was introduced in this paper. The mass fraction of hydrochloric acid at the bottom of desorber decreased by 1% and the production capacity increased by 20% if the 52 graphite Rashing was replaced by the 38 packings. The equipment erosion problem was dissolved if PTFE lined high temperature steel pipe was used to replace the original one.
