广州高职教育资源整合的构想

伴随着广州全面建设小康社会步伐的加快,社会对技能型、实用型人才的需求量越来越大。广州高职教育在蓬勃发展的同时,资金投入不足、基础设施薄弱、师资队伍素质有待进一步提高、专业培养效率不高等问题也逐渐暴露出来。要充分发挥高等职业教育在广州地区经济建设和社会发展中的地位和作用,政府必须加强对高职教育发展的整体规划,根据广州产业结构调整的要求,依托主导产业和支柱行业,对现有高职教育资源进行全面整合,充分发挥高职教育资源的最大效益,使广州高职教育真正驶入健康快速发展的轨道上来。

With the rapid pace of building a well-off society in an all-around way in Guangzhou, the society is demanding more and more skillful and practical talents. While the higher vocational education is flourishing, problems such as deficiency of capital investment, weak infrastructure, improvement space for the faculty, low efficiency of education and so on are arising. In order to bring the role of higher vocational education in the economic construction and social development of Guangzhou into full play, the government must enhance the overall planning in higher vocational education, and integrate the existing higher vocational education resources according to the requirements of Guangzhou industrial adjustment and based on the dominant and backbone industries. In this way, the biggest benefit of higher vocational education can be made and Guangzhou＇s higher vocational education can run on a healthy and fast track.
