摘要 对东莞市展图石化公司的炼油厂高含硫污水中氨氮的分析进行试验,选择了炼油装置中有代表性的排污口进行采样,样品有柴油加氢、二催化、三催化、丙烷、焦化、四蒸馏、加氢裂化、渣油加氢等废水。水样预处理分别采用吹气法和硝酸铅沉淀法进行脱硫,然后蒸馏;水样的测定则采用纳氏试剂分光光度法和标准酸滴定法进行分析。通过比较吹气法和硝酸铅沉淀法脱硫,得出吹气法具有较高的准确度。比较纳氏试剂光度法和标准酸滴定法,发现用纳氏试剂光度法具有操作简便、快捷、准确度高等优点,适合该炼油厂水样的测定。 This study is based on the analysis of the ammonium and nitrogen in high sulphur-bearing waste water from the refinery plant of Dongguan Zhantu Petrochemical Company. The experiment selects the typical outlet in the refinery to collect samples, includingwaste waters containing diesel oil plus hydrogen, propane, twice-catalyzed water, thrice-catalyzed water, coked water, distilled water, hydro-cracked water, residual oil and hydrogen in waste water and so on. Pre-treatment of the water samples adopts insufflation and lead nitrate precipitation to desulfurize the water and then distills it. The measurement of water samples adopts Nessler reagent spectro-photometric method and standard acid titrate solution. Compared the two methods, insuiTlation and lead nitrateprecipitation to desulfurize, it is found that insufflation is more accurate. And when comparing Nessler reagent spectro- photometric method and standard acid titrate solution, we find the Nessler reagent spectro-photomctric method simpler, faster, more accurate, and suitable for measuring water samples from this refinery.
