读《黄帝内经素问校注语译》札记

Clinical and Experimental studies on Primary Bronchopulmonary Cancer Treated with Yifei Capsule

对《黄帝内经素问校注语译》的一些校语作了分析，列举部分条目，指出了其中存在的语释及校勘方面的错误。提示古籍的整理工作不可忽视，教学中更需辨识，以免以讹传讹。

Qi and Yin deficiency and accumulation of phlegm,blood stasis and heat toxin are the basic pathogenesis of lung cancer.Yifei Capsule (YFC)is developed to tonify Qi and nourish Yin,clear away heat and toxic material,dissipate phlegm and eliminate blood stasis.It was applied to 32 cases of late lung cancer with chemotherapy as the experimental group compared with 30 cases treated by simple chemotherapy as the control group.The results showed that,the total effective rate of the experimental and control group were 84.38% and 63.33%,the 1,2 and 3 year,survival rate were 44.72%,16.28%,10.92% and 43.68%,9.52%,3.45%.There is a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The clinical data suggested that YFC could enhance the effect of chemotherapy and increase the immunologic function of the human body.The experimental results showed that YFC could obvious inhibit the local tumor growth of C57BL/6 mice,prolong the life period of tumor-bearing mice,increase the activity of NK cell,regulate microelement Cu,Zn and Se content in serum.Besides,first observation on the molecular level showed YFC could inhibit synthesis of DNA,affect the figure of nucleus and it had cooperation with CTX in treating tumor.
