纳米TiO_2粉体在水体系中稳定分散的影响因素

摘要 纳米TiO2是一种附加值很高的功能精细无机材料,但由于其大的比表面及较多的表面空键,极易发生团聚,使其优异的性能得不到充分的发挥,因此对纳米TiO2在水体系中稳定分散的影响因素的研究就尤为重要。本论文对物理搅拌,超声震荡以及溶液酸碱性与纳米TiO2水体系稳定性之间的关系进行了研究,并通过重力沉降法,紫外-可见分光光度法定量测量出这3种因素对稳定体系的影响程度。结果表明在pH值为1或11的条件下,先物理搅拌4h再超声震荡15min的粉体的水体系具有较好的分散稳定性。 The nanometer--sized titania is an important high performance fine inorganic materials, it has very high additional value. Because of its surface strong polarity and easy aggregation, its practical use is limited, so it is important to research about the influencing factor on dispersion behavior of TiO2 nano--powder dispersed in aqueous solution system. This paper studied the relation of the dispersion stability of TiO2 powder between aqueous solution and the physics stir, ultrasonic concussion and PH value. The influence degree of the three factors was measured by gravitational settling and Ultraviolet--visible spectrophotometry. The results showed that when the pH Value of the aqueous solution was 1 or 11, stirred for 4 hours first and then ultrasonic concussion for 15 minutes, the system can obtain the better effect.
