摘要 对7050铝合金等通道多次转角挤压(equal-channel angular pressing,简称ECAP)过程中的变形行为进行三维有限元模拟,并研究了挤压过程中等效应变的演化以及载荷-位移曲线变化。为开发多道次ECAP工艺的模具设计、工艺参数提供理论指导依据。 Equal channel angular pressing (ECAP) is currently focused due to its capability to fabricate bulk material with ultrafine grain. In this paper, the process of equal channel multi-angular pressing (ECMAP) for Aluminum alloy 7050 is studied by using finite element (FE) simulation. The equivalent strain evolution rules and variation of load-stroke curves during extrusion are discussed. These results give guidelines for ECMAP's die design, determination of process planning.
