摘要
研究了壳聚糖混剂对蕃茄幼苗生理特性的影响.结果表明,壳聚糖混剂对于番茄幼苗的生长发育具有一定的促进作用.可以促进根冠的生长、增加叶面积、提高叶绿色含量、降低丙二醛含量及增强功能叶片的抗冷性等,从而起到壮苗和增强番茄幼苗抗逆性的作用.
The effects of chitosan-mixture on physiological characteristics of tomato seedling are investigated. The results show that chitosan-mixture could promote the growth and development of tomato seedlings,expand leaf area,increase the content of chlorophyll,and reduce the content of MDA. After chilling stress(5 ℃ ,2 h) ,the relative electric conductivity of the treated leaves is lower than that of the untreated samples, which indicates that chitosan-mixture could increase the cold resistance of tomato seedlings.
