金降脂胶囊对实验性高脂血症的调节作用

The Study of Lipid-regulating Effect of JinJiangZhi Capsule on Rats with Experimental Hyperlipidemia

目的研究金降脂胶囊对大鼠实验性高血脂症的调节作用。方法采用喂养大鼠高脂饲料法建立实验性高血脂症模型,同时用金降脂胶囊原料药灌胃给药,测定各项生化指标。结果金降脂胶囊能够非常显著地抑制甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、极低密度脂蛋白(VLDL-C)及载脂蛋白(ApoB)含量的升高,显著降低TC/HDL-C比值。结论该药对大鼠脂代谢紊乱有非常显著的调节作用。

OBJECTIVE To observe the therapeutic efficiency of JinJiangZhi capsule for the rats with experimental hyperlipidemia. METHODS Experimental hyperlipidemia models were prepared by high fat feeding, and the rats were treated with JinJiangZhi capsule by ig administration. Then their biochemical parameters were determined. RESULTS JinJiangZhi capsule can obviously reduce serum total cholesterol（TC）, triglyceride（TG）, LDL-C and apolipoprotein B, the ratio of TC/HDL-C was markedly decreased. CONCLUSION JinJiangZhi capsule has significant therapeutic efficiency for the rats with experimental dislipidemia.
