摘要 目的建立亚麻籽提取物中开环异落叶松树脂酚二葡萄糖苷(SDG)含量的HPLC测定分析法。方法色谱条件为Hypersil ODS C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流速1.5mL·min^-1,柱温25℃,检测波长220nm,用乙腈-0.12%磷酸溶液作为流动相进行梯度洗脱。结果SDG在0.3~6.0μg内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999。平均加样回收率为99.7%,RSD为1.13%。结论本方法精确可靠,可作为亚麻籽提取物质量控制的方法。 OBJECTIVE To establish a rapid and sensitive high-performance liquid chromatographic assay for the determination of secoisolariciresinol diglucoside (SDG) in Flax seed extract. METHODS Chromatography was performed on a Hypersil ODS C18 (4.6 rum ×250 mm,5 μm) at 220 nm. The mobile phase was gradient elution with acetonitrile-0.12% phosphoric acid solution at a flow rate of 1.5 mL · min^ -1. RESULTS The linear range of SDG was 0.3 - 6.0 μg with a correlation coefficient of 0. 999 9. The average recovery was 99.7% and RSD 1. 13%. CONCLUSION The method is accurate and reliable for the quality control of Flax seed extract.
