摘要
目的对五味子和南五味子药材的HPLC指纹图谱进行研究,完善五味子质量评价和控制的方法。方法采用HPLC测定了10批五味子和10批南五味子样品并建立标准对照指纹图谱,对其余10批样品进行测定。色谱条件:Agilent ZORBAXSB-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水梯度洗脱,流速1 mL.min-1,检测波长为240 nm,柱温为30℃。结果建立的指纹图谱能区别五味子和南五味子。结论所建立的五味子和南五味子的HPLC指纹图谱为科学评价和控制五味子样品的质量提供了依据。
OBJECTIVE To study the HPLC fingerprint of Fructus Schisandrae chinensis and Fructus Schisandrae sphenantherae and establish the quality evaluation and control method for Fructus Schisandrae chinensis. METHODS HPI,C method was used to establish the standard fingerprint for 10 samples of Fructus Schisandrae chinensis and 10 samples of Fructus Schisondrue spbenantherae, and analyse the left 10 samples. Chromatographic conditions: Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 column(250 mm× 4.6 mm,5 μm) ,the mobile phase was gradient elute with methanol-water, the flow rate was 1 mL · min^-1 , the detection wavelength was set at 240 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃. RESULTS The acquired HPLC fingerprints of Fructus Schisandrae chinensis and Fructus Schisandrae sphenantherae can distinguish from each other. CONCLUSION The acquired HPLC fingerprints of Fructus Schisandrae chinensis and Fructus Schisandrae sphenantberae with this method can provide the scientific evidence for the quality evaluation and control of Fructus Scldsandrae chinensis.
