摘要 目的建立同时测定心可舒片中3种有效成分——葛根素、丹参酮ⅡA和熊果酸含量的HPLC。方法C18色谱柱,梯度洗脱,流动相为乙腈.水(含0.3%磷酸),流速为1.0mL·min^-1,柱温为25℃,MWD检测器。结果葛根素、丹参酮ⅡA和熊果酸的线性范围分别为52.6—262.8,4.2~21.1和20.5~102.6μg·mL^-1,r值分别为0.9997,0.9999和0.9997;平均加样回收率分别为100.63%,97.08%和96.92%,RSD分别为1.4%,1.3%和1.4%。结论该方法准确,操作简便,又可降低质量检验成本,可以用于心可舒片的质量控制。 OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of puerarin, tanshinone Ⅱ A and ursolic acid in Xinkeshu tablets as three major bioactive components. METHODS A C18 column was used. The chromatography was carried out with a stepwise gradient programming. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water( containing 0.3% phosphorous) and the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^-1. RESULTS The linear ranges of puerarin, tanshinone Ⅱ A and ursolie acid were 52.6 - 262.8 μg · mL^-1, r = 0. 999 7, 4.2 - 21.1 μg · mL^-1 , r = 0. 999 9 and 20.5 - 102.6μg · mL^-1, r = 0. 999 7, respectively. The average recovery rates of puerarin, tanshinone Ⅱ A and ursolic acid were 100.63% with RSD 1.4% , 97.08% with RSD 1.3% and 96.92% with RSD 1.4% , respectively. CONCLUSION The method is successfully applied to analyze three major bioactive components in Xinkeshu tablets. This method is simple, accurate and effective for the quality control of Xinkeshu tablets.
