摘要
草楼铁矿破碎系统经过一段时间运行后,其上部矿仓出现仓壁部分空洞的现象,通过分析仓壁空洞现象出现的原因,设计出合理的加固方案;并提出了矿仓设计、管理及施工中应注意的问题。经过一段时间的使用,再次下井观察后发现加固措施安全有效,加固后的矿仓壁状况良好,满足使用要求,达到加固的目的。
After a period of operation, the underground crushing system in Caolou Iron Mine was found to have a cavity in its upper bin. The causes for the cavity in the bin wall were analyzed, a rational reinforcement plan was designed and issues needing attention in ore bin design, management and construction were proposed. The inspection made after a period of operation of the reinforced bin indicates that the reinforcement measures are effective and safe and the reinforced bin wall is in good condition, satisfying the requirement and achieving the reinforcement purpose.
