摘要
介绍一种利用低成本视频会议系统和低消耗通讯费用构成的远程专家会诊系统。该系统具有病人预约信息登录、传送，图文资料获取、校正、传送，两地动态图像实时显示、白板等功能，基本满足远程会诊的要求。
A telemedicine system is developedby using teleconference system with lower cost and lower consumption. With its multifunctional design,this system allow information of patients to be logined and transmitted,data of video and text to be acquired,corrected and transmitted,a nd real time dynamic video to be displayed,etc.
