摘要
利用紫外分光光度法可以快速测定水果中维生素C含量,在λmax=267nm,VC浓度为4~24μg/mL符合朗伯-比尔定律,与高效液相法进行对比分析,其方法简便、快速、结果准确。
In this paper UV colorimetry is used to determine Vc content of fruits. The maximum absorp-tion wave length is 267nm and it is very accordant with the limber-bier law when the Vc content is 4-24 ug/mL. The method is simple, fast and accurate compared with the HPLC analysis.
