摘要
研究了以非离子型乳化剂OP/正戊醇/正庚烷/水组成的微乳液为介质,在pH7.0的醋酸铵缓冲溶液中,铁与邻苯二酚紫的显色反应。结果表明,该配合物的最大吸收波长为612nm,对试剂空白的最大负吸收波长为440nm,两波长处吸光度之差△A与铁离子含量在0~0.5μg/mL范围内呈线性,建立了微乳液双峰双波长测定铁的新方法。本法与以OP乳化剂胶束为介质的单波长光度法相比,灵敏度显著增加,ε为7.14×104L·mol-.1cm-1。该法已用于水样中铁(Ⅲ)的测定,结果令人满意。
Microemulsion of OP/n - pentanol/n - heptane/water as a medium of iron Ⅲ - pyrocatechol violet system has been studied in pH 7.0 NH4 Ac buffer solution. The results showed that the maximum absorption wavelength of the complex is at 612 nm, and its negative absorption wavelength against reagent blank is at 440 nm. The absorption difference between these two wavelength ΔA has a linear relationship with iron Ⅲ concentration in the range of 0 -0. 5 μg/mL. So a new method for iron determination by double -peak double -wavelength spectrophotometry in microemulsion has been set up. It is more sensitive than single wavelength speetrophotometry in OP micelle. The apparent molar absorptivity is 7. 14 ×10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1, this method has been applied to the determination of iron Ⅲ in water with satisfactory results.
