电镀废水中三价铬和六价铬含量的测定 被引量:10

摘要 建立了一种可分别同时测定电镀废水中三价铬和六价铬含量的紫外-可见分光光度法。在同一样品溶液中分别于540nm和350nm处同时测定Cr(Ⅲ)和Cr(Ⅵ)的吸光度,在控制酸度的条件下,由于两组分不相互干扰,通过线性方程分别可求出组分中的含量。Cr(Ⅲ)在8.85×10-7~1.54×10-5mol/L范围内服从比耳定律,回收率为99.6%~100.2%;Cr(Ⅵ)在9.23×10-7~1.15×10-5mol/L范围内服从比耳定律,回收率为97.0%~101.1%。该法与传统国标法相比,操作简便、快速、准确。 The simultaneous determination of Cr(Ⅲ) and Cr(Ⅵ) in electroplating wastewater by UV - visible spectrophotometry was established. Cr(Ⅲ) and Cr(Ⅵ) were determined at 540 nm and 350 nm in the sample solution. Due to the two components do not nearly interfere with each other, linear equations were solved through direct derived component in the content under the control of acidity. The linear rang of Cr( Ⅲ ) was 8.85 ×10^-7~1.54×10^-5 mol/L. The recovery of Cr( Ⅲ ) was 99. 6% - 100. 2%. The linear rang of Cr(Ⅵ) was 9.23 ×10^-7~1.54×10^-5 mol/L. The recovery of Cr(Ⅵ) was 97.0% -101.1%. Compared with the traditional GB method, it has advantages in operation simple, speediness and accurate.
