This paper simply introduces how to establish the standard for measuring microwave and millimeter-wave S-parameler, its composition and verification. In addition, the measure of microwave and millimeter-wave S-parameter is unified so as to ensure the accuracy, uniformity and reliability of the value measured by S-parameter testing set.
