摘要
在十七大报告中,胡锦涛指出:要以扩大党内民主带动人民民主,以增进党内和谐促进社会和谐。"强调党内民主,意义重大,它关系到我们党的团结统一,关系到党的执政能力,关系到广大党员积极性的发挥,关系到人民民主建设,也关系到党群干群关系,因此党内民主在构建社会主义和谐社会中具有基础性作用。
This paper has discussed the essential role of the democracy inside the Party in construction of harmonious socialism because it is of key importance for the Party unity, competence in power, initiatives as well as people＇s democratic construction, the relationship between the Party and the masses.
