Study and application of balancing method for ring hammer coal crusher

介绍了现场单、双面动平衡的原理,提出了数学式计算及用计算机编程实现的方法;并以试验数据说明方法有效。该方法仅用一个相位传感器和一个加速度传感器即可完成,简单、有效。

The field principles of single side and double side dynamic balance were introduced, the mathematic calculation formulas and realization method by computer programming were proposed. The effectiveness of the method was proved by experimental data. The method is simple and effective, and can be accomplished by using only one phase sensor and one acceleration sensor.
