摘要
采用原子吸收分光光度法,以绿茶为对照,对浙江及部分地区苦丁茶中微量元素含量进行了测定,结果表明:苦丁茶中微量元素含量与茶叶之间存在显著差异,不同苦丁茶之间地域差异影响不明显,但在大叶苦丁茶和小叶苦丁茶之间差异显著,大叶苦丁茶中钾、钙、镁、镉元素含量要显著高于小叶苦丁茶,而铅、铜元素含量则小于小叶苦丁茶。
Micronutrient levels in Kudingcha of Zhejiang and other areas were tested by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The results showed that the micronutrient levels in Kudingcha were markedly different with in green tea. There was no significant difference in Kudingcha between different areas . However, the micronutrient levels between species of Kudingcha were differentiated. The contents of Kalium,Calcium,Magnesium and Cadmium in big-leaf Kudingcha were markedly higher than small-leaf Kudingcha. The content of Plumbum and Cuprum in big-leaf Kudingcha is lower than small-leav Kudingcha.
