嵊州茶农户类型及其产业链形成机理研究

Study on the Tea Farmer Organization of Shengzhou and Its Industrial Chain Forming Mechanism

嵊州是中国茶叶特别是绿茶生产和出口最主要基地之一.本文对嵊州茶农户进行了实地调查和分析。研究发现,嵊州是我国茶农户类型最丰富最复杂的茶叶之乡,其茶农户类型可以分为六种,每种茶农户类型的产业链形成决定与区域经济水平、茶产业发展状况、茶叶生产和出口的地区整体水平以及茶农户自身能力、经营水平等因素。

Shengzhou is one of the most important green tea production counties. This investigation revealed that there were many kinds of tea farmer＇s organizations in Shengzhou. There were six kinds of tea farmer＇s organizations which were correlated to economic level and tea industry developing situation.
