摘要
提出了叶片伸根段控制截面线生成方法。将伸根段设计分为内型和外型两部分,通过直纹面插值法获取伸根内型截面线,再通过变壁厚法获取伸根外型截面线,详细分析了其中的关键技术和算法;提取了伸根设计参数,开发了伸根设计专用模块,实践证明,应用本模块进行伸根设计,可以极大提高伸根乃至整个叶片设计效率。
The method to get the section curves on Root Extending Segment is researched. The section curves are separated into two parts:inside profile and outside profile;the key algorithm to calculate the datum of the section curves is introduced. The parameters to design the segment are given, based on which the special system is developed to improve the efficiency of blade modeling.
